§ Mr. BishopThe EEC Commission has issued no proposals for a common régime for all potatoes and it would be premature to anticipate the details of any proposals which may be made. I have already made it clear that I shall not accept any regulation for potatoes which in its contents or timing would be harmful to the interests of this country.
