§ Mr. Edward ShortIn claiming reimbursement for expenses incurred in respect of secretarial and research assistance, a Member is required to certify that such4W expenses have been wholly, necessarily and exclusively incurred by him on parliamentary duties. No other form of authentication is thought to be necessary.
