§ Mr. Banksasked the Attorney-General whether he will delete Question 8 on the form of application for legal aid—matrimonial—husband or wife—whereby the applicant is required to state whether or not he or she has had sexual intercourse since marriage with a person other than the marriage partner and, if so, to give dates and details, on the basis that this is an invasion of privacy; and, if not, if he will give the reasons for the question.
§ The Attorney-GeneralAll the forms of application for legal aid are at present being redrafted and it is anticipated that Question 8 on the form of application will be deleted.
