§ Mr. FreesonMy Department has already had useful discussions with a number of individual local authorities, housing associations, and other organisations about the measures I outlined in my reply of 25th February to my hon. Friend. We have now put to the local authority associations and other representative bodies concerned a range of measures, of an administrative and managerial nature, designed to secure more effective use of the existing housing stock.
