§ Mr. Powellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will extend SI, 1974/1331, to include designated domiciliary 494W invited them to discuss with the Department which measures could usefully be the subject of further departmental advice or guidance, following on from the Department's circular on "Housing: Needs and Action" issued in March this year.
