§ Mr. KaufmanOfficials of my Department are in day-to-day contact with the British Paper and Board Industry Federation, and I am aware of the difficulties facing the industry because of the worldwide recession in demand for paper products. I understand that the industry has made representations to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection about the effects of price controls.
