There is little to add to the Written Answer which my right hon. Friend the Minister of State gave to a Question from the hon. and learned Member for Denbigh (Mr. Morgan) on 17th April.—[Vol. 890, c. 157–8]—We remain in close touch with the Portuguese Government, whose responsibility this is.
