§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Attorney-General if he will take steps to advertise the advantages of depositing wills with the Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe present arrangements for the deposit of wills in the Principal Registry of the Family Division of the High Court are being reviewed in the light of the Council of Europe Convention on the Establishment of a Scheme of Registration of Wills, and following completion of that review a decision will be taken about giving publicity to these facilities.
