§ Mrs. Winifred Ewingasked the Lord Advocate what arrangements he has made for the supply of regulations of the EEC to the courts of Scotland.
The Lord AdvocateLibraries containing material relevant to the European Communities, including regulations and directives, have been set up in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Facilities for consultation or borrowing are available at the sheriff courts there, and at the office of the Scottish Courts Administration. In addition to these arrangements, an annual contribution is made to the Library of the Faculty of Advocates which makes these regulations available to the judges of the Court of Session as required.
