Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Prices and Consumer Protection if she will refer to the Price Commission the proposal by the Welsh National Water Development Authority to increase the sewerage charges levied on Newport borough by between 150 and 200 per cent. and the water charge by 142 per cent.
