§ Dr. OwenThe material was circulated just before Christmas by a mailing agency which specialises in distributions to the medical profession. I am sorry that not all consultants received copies, but where my Department was told about omissions copies were sent direct to the432W individual. I have now also arranged for additional copies to be made available to consultants in the Avon area.
