§ Mr. MacGregorasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will arrange for the inter-departmental committee report on the effects of capital taxation on agriculture, which he is now studying, to be made available to the House before the Government bring forward any further capital tax proposals, such as a wealth tax.

It is not the usual practice to publish reports of inter-departmental committees. The Government are still considering when, and in what form, the results of the report will be made known.
