§ Mr. Joel BarnettThe key information and forecasts previously provided in the White Paper have been transferred to Tables 11 and 12 of the Financial Statement and Budget Report. Details of all loan transactions in past years are published in the annual White Paper on the Consolidated Fund and National Loans Fund Accounts. Additional information about the borrowing powers and capital expenditure programmes of the nationalised industries is available in the annual reports and accounts of the industries and the Public Expenditure White Paper.
