§ Mr. BishopTotal production of hay in the United Kingdom in 1974–75—June-May—was 7,822,000 tonnes, of which 896,000 tonnes was produced in Wales—11.4 per cent. Total consumption of hay in the United Kingdom during the same period was 8,086,000 tonnes, which included stock carried over from the end of 1973–74.
