§ Mr. Farrasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will list those schemes of special encouragement available to those engaged in agriculture, horticulture and forestry in Northern Ireland which are not available to those similarly occupied in the rest of the United Kingdom and the total cost in each of the last three available years.
