§ Mr. Tierneyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will give the amount of the capital expenditure budget allocated to the West Midlands 328W Regional Health Authority for the current financial year and for the previous financial years for which there are records.
§ Dr. OwenIt is provisionally estimated that total capital expenditure in the current financial year by the West Midlands Regional Health Authority will amount to £29.8 million.
