§ Mr. John FraserI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the Employment Service Agency, in providing and developing its employment services, aims to cater for the needs of each local community. It would favour selective Saturday morning opening where there is considered to be a significant need, but staff association support for such a service has not been forthcoming.
