HC Deb 09 December 1975 vol 902 c94W
Mr. Rooker

asked the Secretary of State for Employment if any instructions or advice have been given to persons serving on industrial tribunals concerning the saving of public expenditure.

Mr. Booth

The great majority of members of tribunals attend a seminar either before or shortly after they are appointed at which their duties are discussed with them and during which they are told about the rules under which they can claim necessary travelling and similar expenses.
