Mr. Ted Fletcherasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will issue an early statement making clear that in addition to the provision for the implementation of the minimum contracted out standards in superannuation schemes for 1st August 1976, the Government will permit the implementation of all revisions of superannuation schemes that fall within the limits set by the Finance Act 1970 by no later than six months before April 1978.
