§ Mr. John SilkinThe main criteria used in the selection of infrastructure projects for submission to the fund in 1975 were the provisions of the Fund Regulation—particularly the requirement of an industrial link—and the economic and employment circumstances of the area. However, most of the Leeds pro-jets not selected would not have involved any expenditure in 1975. They can be considered for submission in later years.
