§ Dr. John A. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Social Services on how many occasions in each of the last five years secure accommodation has been required for juvenile offenders domiciled in Cumbria; whether, on any occasion, lack of such accommodation has resulted in juveniles being held in adult prison accommodation; and, if so, how many juveniles have been so imprisoned.
