Mr. Rooker

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list those constituencies where electorates are within 1 per cent., 5 per cent., and 10 per cent. Fisheries Commission, regarding quotas to be allowed to United Kingdom and Scottish fishermen and to Danish and Icelandic fishermen; and if he will explain the method by which recommended quotas are to be calculated.

At the recent meeting of the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission the following quotas were among those agreed:

of the limits set out in paragraph 33 of Command Paper No. 6348, stating for each constituency the electorate and the percentage that electorate forms of the average electorate in Scotland.
