§ Mr. BoothThe weights for the retail price index, and for the separate indices for one and two-person pensioner households of limited means, are based on expenditure patterns as recorded in the Family Expenditure Survey. The survey does not record the incidence of disabled persons, but there is no reason to suppose that the sample of households covered by the survey does not include an appropriate representation of households with disabled persons.
