§ Mr. MoyleStrict control is exercised over the legal use of explosives in Northern Ireland. The relevant regulations lay down in detail how the manufacture, acquisition, movement use and storage of explosives is to be carried out, and the whole operation is under the close supervision of the policy. The possibility of improvement is constantly reviewed.
