§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will publish in the Official Report details of legislation currently on the statute book for which his Department is the implementing Department and which has not yet been brought into operation due to financial, energy or any other reasons, indicating (a) the reason for delay, (b) the estimated savings due to non-implementation (c) the expected increase in staff, stating if central or local government, required for implementing and (d) the estimated date of implementation.
§ Mr. DeakinsI am not aware that implementation of any such legislation has been so affected.
