§ Mr. Channonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is now able to announce his decision about the final recommendations submitted to 425W him by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England about the electoral arrangements for Southend-on-Sea; and if he is not yet in a position to make a decision, if he will give a date by which time a decision will be made.
