§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI have now been able to give preliminary consideration to the report submitted to me by Mr. 211W Siberry. The report will be published as soon as it can be printed in English and Welsh. The Government are sensitive to the importance of a Welsh language television service to Wales, and this is an issue which will be considered as part of the review of public expenditure which takes place in the autumn.
