§ Dr. SummerskillThough originally designed to accommodate 92 trainees, Her Majesty's Borstal, Bullwood Hall, has since been enlarged to provide 120 places, and plans exist to begin work next year on the provision of a further 30 places. On 5th August, 121 young women were held at Bullwood Hall.
