asked the Prime Minister if he is satisfied with the coordination between the Home Office and other Departments involved whenever a disaster occurs in the United Kingdom.

Yes. When a disaster occurs the initial response is from the local emergency services, and guidance has been issued to them. Arrangements exist to co-ordinate any central Government activity and interests. These arrangements are kept under review.
