§ Mr. William RossAction on the issues raised in the Hunter Committee Report on Freshwater Fisheries in Scotland is still under consideration but I am not yet in a position to make a statement. International measures for the protection of salmon on the high seas are among the matters being considered at the Law of the Sea Conference.
