They exclude factories at present vacant, under construction, or planned. They also exclude factory extensions built for existing tenants.

§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieThere are 65 factories which are either under construction or at planning stage. Of these, 16 are being built to customers' requirements. None of the others has yet been formally allocated to an occupant. There are also nine vacant factories for which tenants are being sought.
