Ditton Bypass (Soundproofing of Houses)

Mr. Stanley

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to publish a list of houses adjacent to the M20 (Ditton Bypass) which qualify for soundproofing under the Land Compensation Act 1973; and whether he will account for the delay in publishing this list.
