§ Mr. John FraserI am aware that men and women made redundant between the ages of 50 and 60 years face special employment problems. The Employment Service and Training Services Agencies of the Manpower Services Commission do all they can to help older workers with such problems. My Department has commissioned reviews of literature on the sociological, psychological and economic aspects which have a bearing on the employment of older workers. What then106W needs to be done will be decided in the light of these reviews.
