§ The Prime MinisterThe Commonwealth meeting in Jamaica is of course 115W still some five months off. Following the normal practice the agenda is co-ordinated by the Commonwealth Secretary-General in consultation with the Heads of Government. These consultations are confidcin-tial and I do not expect that details of the agenda will be announced in advance.
