§ Mr. Powellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish in the OFFICIAL RFPORT a list of the regulations and directives of the EEC which have become effective since the Scrutiny Committee of the House was first established before that committee had dealt with them.
Mr. James CallaghanSome of these regulations and directives have already been listed in the reports of the Committee on European Secondary Legislation of Session 1974, but for the convenience of the House I am arranging to have this list placed in the Library of the House this week, together with56W a list of the proposals communicated to the House since 20th August and subsequently adopted by the Council.
