§ Dr. SummerskillThis matter is already regulated by Section 52(2) of the Police Act 1964 which makes it an offence for a person other than a constable to wear an article of uniform in circumstances where it gives him an appearance so nearly resembling that of a member of a police force as to be calculated to deceive.
