No. Following the failure of the Court Line group of companies and in order to avoid further delay in meeting policyholders' claims, Constitution Insurance Co. of Canada agreed with the provisional liquidator, without prejudice to the legal position of the parties, to assume responsibility for investigating claims and asked that communications should be in writing to its offices. If the hon. Member is aware of difficulty arising in any specific case I should be willing to make inquiries.
