HC Deb 21 November 1974 vol 881 cc504-5W
Mr. Ralph Howell

asked the Secretary of State for Energy what has been the price per ton of coal to the consumer in each of the past four years, including the latest increase; and what percentage of that price has been attributable to labour costs.

Mr. Eadie

Coal prices to both domestic and industrial consumers vary

General industrial coal (delivered) 8.2 8.7 9.2 15.2
