(2) how many complaints he has received concerning the delayed payment of student grants, of all kinds, through the inefficiency of the Scottish Office computer.

Friend the Member for Kirkcaldy (Mr. Gourlay) on 5th November.—[Vol. 880, c.104–5.] It is not possible to give a precise date by which all Scottish students 407W will have received the first term's instalment of their grants for 1974–75, but every effort is being made to make these outstanding payments as soon as possible.
