§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am advised by the Manpower Services Commission that negotiations are taking place for the lease of a suitable site in the Swindon area. Local authority planning permission has also to be obtained and until these negotiations have been successfully completed I cannot predict when work on the skillcentre, the new name for a Government training centre, might start.
