Mr. Kilroy-Silk

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will call in the application of Leisure Lakes Ltd. for an access road to the Leisure Centre from the Marshes Lane and the Gravel, in view of local concern about the development.

As explained in recent correspondence, this is a matter for the local planning authority and I do not propose to intervene at this stage.
