§ Miss Joan LestorIn accordance with the undertaking to review the constitutional status of Anguilla which was given by Her Majesty's Government in 1971, I visited St. Kitts and Anguilla in September 1974, where I had discussions with the Premier, the Leader of the Anguilla Council and other leading citizens. My colleagues are now considering my report.
Budgetary and development aid to St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla has averaged about £1.5 million a year in recent years; technical assistance has averaged about £200,000 a year.
