§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of the local education authorities which have not yet submitted comprehensive reorganisation plans as required by circular 4/74.
§ Mr. ArmstrongUnder Circular 4/74 local education authorities were given until the end of this year to submit information about the successive measures to be taken to complete the process of reorganisation in areas where selection procedures are still operated. The great majority of authorities have yet to reply; they are expected to do so within the next few weeks.
