§ Mr. Clinton DavisA distinctive ensign for Her Majestys' Coastguard was considered appropriate for coastguard stations on watch. Her Majesty The Queen graciously gave her approval to a design, and the ensign was first hoisted at a commissioning ceremony on 28th October.
