§ Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will announce the names of the members of the committee which has been appointed to reassess the viability of the Channel Tunnel.
§ Mr. CroslandSir Alec Cairncross has, as previously announced, agreed to chair the group of independent advisers who are to assist the Government in their reassessment of the Channel Tunnel project. Other appointments to the group so far include
