§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he has yet completed his discussions and consultations on the Matthew-Skillington Report on the quality of architectural design in his Department; and whether he will make a statement;
(2) whether he will list the individuals, organisations and journals to which he sent the Matthew-Skillington Report on the DOE's architectural rôle for comment.
§ Mr. CroslandI have not yet completed my consultations on the Matthew-Skillington Report. When I have done so, I shall make a statement.
