§ Dr. SummerskillAt its last meeting the Police Advisory Board decided to set up a working party to consider and report on all aspects of the employment of special constables. Arrangements for establishing the membership of this working party, and in particular for securing the representation of the special constables, are in hand. The working party will shortly hold its first meeting.
