§ Mr. StrangWe are doing all we can to ensure that overall supplies of sugar to the United Kingdom are adequate. The allocation of sugar to shops is in the hands of the trade. Allocation to shops in the South-East of England appear to be in line with those in the rest of the United Kingdom.
