§ Mrs. Winifred Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, regarding the proposed EEC summit meeting in Paris, he will invite the Secretary of State for Scotland or another Scottish Minister to accompany him.
§ Mr. HattersleyThe invitation from the President of France was extended to Heads of Government, with the suggestion that Ministers of Foreign Affairs might accompany them. My right hon. Friend the Prime Minister and my right hon. Friend will take fully into account the interests of all parts of the United Kingdom at the proposed meeting.
