§ Mr. OakesI am not convinced that this would necessarily be the most satisfactory approach to the problems associated with the reclamation by local authorities of such materials. I am, however, urgently considering in what ways the Government can assist in the reclamation and recycling of waste material and we are at present considering setting up a waste management advisory council on the many problems and possibilities involved.
